Jeffrey
M. Joynt, EnCE
 Jeff Joynt is a founder of Forensic Search LLC
and plays the lead role in Forensic Examination of computers and Data
Recovery. He is a Certified Examiner in the use
of Encase Software, the leading forensic tool in the industry. Jeff has also received
certification from the California Commission on Peace Officers Standards
and Training, Institute of Criminal Investigation for Computer Crime. He is a current member and Past
President of the HTCIA Central Coast Chapter. Jeff is also a Part-Time Trainer
for Guidance Software in the instruction of use of Encase software for
forensic examinations.
Jeff was previously employed by California Polytechnic
State University as a Police Investigator in the High Tech
Crime Unit. Prior law enforcement included Atascadero City PD as a
Detective investigating Computer Crime and the Utah Highway Patrol over
the past 23 years. Jeff has had extensive training related to Computer
Forensics and the Investigation of High Tech Crime He received his B.S. degree
in Criminal Justice from Weber State University in Utah
